If you use our website, buy a license, download the product, or use the software, these terms explain the basic rules: what we provide, what you are allowed to do with it, what you are responsible for, and the limits of our obligations.

Acceptance of these terms
By accessing the website, purchasing a paid product, downloading a product, receiving a license, or using the software, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the website or the software.
What we sell
We sell self-hosted software, including software delivered as a Docker image.
Unless we explicitly say otherwise in writing, this is not a hosted SaaS service. You are responsible for the environment where the software runs.
Eligibility
You may use the website and purchase the software only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
If you are acting on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
Free and paid versions
The product may be available in both free and paid forms.
The free version does not require an explicit paid license.
The paid version does require a valid purchase, and we issue licenses after successful payment. Your rights in the paid version depend on the license you purchased and any product-specific license terms that accompany it.
Payments
Payments are processed through Razorpay.
By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize the transaction. Payment processing itself is governed by Razorpay's own terms, systems, and controls.
Once an invoice has been generated, and especially after payment has been completed, invoice-related billing information is generally treated as part of the transaction record and may not be editable through ordinary self-service controls. If a correction is required, please contact us so we can review whether it can be handled through an appropriate billing or recordkeeping process.
License and permitted use
Subject to these terms and any product-specific license terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software you lawfully obtain from us.
That right is a permission to use the software under the applicable terms. It is not a transfer of ownership of the software or its underlying intellectual property.
If a specific product license contains additional conditions or restrictions, those product-specific license terms will control for that product.
What you may not do
You may not:
- use the website or software for unlawful purposes
- interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of the website, licensing flow, or software distribution
- remove or falsify proprietary notices or authorship information
- resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share paid software beyond the rights granted by the applicable license
- use the software in a way that violates the law or the rights of other people
Your responsibilities
Because the product is self-hosted, a large part of the operational responsibility remains with you.
You are responsible for:
- deployment and hosting
- server and network security
- access control
- secrets management
- backups and disaster recovery
- compliance in your own environment
- the data you collect, store, or process using the software
If you contact us for support, you are also responsible for deciding what information you send us. Where possible, avoid including unnecessary secrets or sensitive data in logs or support materials.
Support
We may provide support for the product, but the existence, scope, and timing of support may depend on the product, license, pricing, and the facts of the issue.
Support is intended to help you use the product properly. It is not a guarantee that every environment, customization, or third-party integration can be investigated without limit.
AI-assisted features
The product may include AI-assisted features that help generate or refine website pages, components, and related content.
You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving any AI-generated output before publishing, deploying, or otherwise relying on it. We do not guarantee that AI-generated output will be accurate, complete, original, legally compliant, or fit for a particular purpose.
You are also responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit any prompts, content, instructions, or other materials you provide to AI-assisted features, and that your use of those features complies with applicable law and the rights of others.
Intellectual property
The website, software, branding, documentation, code, design elements, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you, all rights remain with Sojatia Infocrafts Private Limited or the relevant rights holder.
Availability and product changes
We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website, the product offering, pricing, licensing flow, or related materials at any time.
This does not mean we can rewrite an existing purchase arbitrarily, but it does mean we are not promising to preserve every feature, packaging format, or page exactly as it exists today.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and software are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not promise that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, fit for every purpose, or compatible with every hosting setup, integration, or deployment pattern.
Self-hosted software always depends in part on the environment where it is deployed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sojatia Infocrafts Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill arising out of or related to the website, the software, or these terms.
Where liability cannot be excluded entirely, our total liability for claims related to a paid purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sojatia Infocrafts Private Limited from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website or software, your violation of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the website, licensing-related services, or support access if you violate these terms, misuse the product, attempt fraud, or create legal or security risk.
Termination does not erase obligations that, by their nature, should survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property protections, liability limits, and dispute-related provisions.
Privacy
Your use of the website and related customer interactions are also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time.
If we do, the updated version becomes effective when posted unless we state a later date. Continued use of the website or software after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
